As per request, this is the design of the Tapestry t-shirt. Left image is the front of the t-shirt. Right image is the back of the t-shirt. Each t-shirt is priced at $10. Please take orders from your group and have ONLY ONE PERSON PER GROUP to fill in the online survey monkey form to confirm your orders. All orders would be made based on the options selected on the survey monkey form.

Closing deadline for t-shirt orders: 21st JUNE 2007 (recommended to order BEFORE the deadline)

Payment to be made on 30th June 07 (sat) during performers' visit cum briefing. Please bring along exact CASH (no nets nothing. only cash accepted!) :) No $$ no shirt :D hahaha Please make sure you bring along the $$ to pay for ALL the t-shirts order by your group. We are collecting payment as a group so please cooperate so we won't have half the group paid, and the other half haven't :) *ps: please make life easier for us. we are all PURE volunteers :D
